Firefly features three levels: the main level has the living room, kitchen, dining area, and master bedroom with a full bathroom that is also accessible from the kitchen. The upper level features two bedroom and a common bathroom with a tub and hand-held shower. One bedroom has 2 decks and 2 beds (one queen and one twin). The other bedroom has a double bed and one deck. The lower level has a large sleeping area with two full memory-foam beds, full private bathroom, and sitting area with a television and access to the back yard.

The house is completely surrounded by a fence, making it perfect for pets and children, and has a covered wraparound porch. It also features satellite TV, DVD players, and portable air conditioners or swamp coolers in each room except the lower-level bedroom, which remains comfortably cool year-round.
