Cedar Creek Cabin is a wonderful 3 bedroom, 2 bath vacation cabin in the woods that can comfortably provide lodging accommodations for up to 8 guests, but doesn’t lose an intimate feel for two. Enjoy privacy from the trees surrounding the cabin while you relax with your family and friends on the large covered porch.
The cabin features a propane gas fireplace and hardwood floors throughout. The first floor has a living room, separate dining area as well as a large breakfast bar off the fully equipped kitchen, including an espresso machine! The downstairs bedrooms are both spacious. One has a Queen bed and the other with a day bed plus twin trundle. There is a full bath on the first floor.
Upstairs is where the Master bedroom and bath are located, in addition to an open loft area. The spacious master bedroom has a Queen-sized bed. The master bath features custom tile work and includes an oversize soaking tub with separate shower. The loft area offers a double futon and double hide-a-bed in addition to a sitting area.
The cabin has wi-fi access, DVDs, a stereo with CDs and MP3 connector.
The cabin is located close to a number of outdoor activities in the Okanogan National Forest and Harts pass area. During the winter months, snowmobile, snowshoe or cross-country ski from the front door. Snowmobile enthusiasts can take off from the front door and sled to Harts Pass and into the Okanogan National Forest. Although Cedar Creek Cabin is not located on the groomed ski trail system, it's only 3 miles to the nearby MVSTA cross-country ski trails and can frequently be reached by skiing down a path made by snowmobiles on the dried river bed.
In the summer, the National Forest and Mazama areas offer hiking, mountain and road biking, horseback riding, rock climbing, fly fishing, rafting, birding, or just relaxing on the porch and soaking up the sunshine! Nearby Winthrop offers a host of other activities including golf, shops and dining.
The Chewack River Guest Ranch is a year-round adventure. Outdoor enthusiasts will find a variety of activities available to keep them outside and on the go. Horseback riding through the Ranch's cattle range offers a variety of landscapes for the beginning to expert rider to enjoy. We offer many different length rides from one hour to day long rides. The Methow Valley Sport Trail System's "Winthrop Trail" runs past the south side of Eagle Pine Chalets. This trail network is rated one of the nation's top Nordic ski destinations and offers 175km of groomed trails, with classic and skate ski lanes.
In the summer and fall the trail system and back roads offer great mountain biking, hiking, trail running and horseback riding. Wildflowers, wildlife and wild berries abound.

This cabin was built in the 1960's from logs and timber taken from the nearby area. It was one of the first structures in the Edelweiss area and served as a hunter's camp complete with horse corral for trips into the back country. Beautiful gardens and gorgeous grounds surround this large home, and guest cottage, in the Mazama area of the Methow Valley, just a short drive from the National Forest. This cozy vacation cabin has 2 bedrooms, one with a Queen bed and the other with a Full bed, plus 2 additional sleeping mats for a 5th or 6th person. One bathroom. Mazama Trails Cabin features a beautifully handcrafted interior and is set in the woods right along the groomed ski trails in Mazama. This one bedroom cabin is the perfect romantic getaway and is located in a quiet and secluded area among the pines. The Mazama Store is a convenient one mile drive, walk or ski from the back porch. The MVSTA ski trail is only steps away.
The master bedroom has a Queen bed and its own private bathroom which includes a vintage claw-foot soaking tub. There is also a common bathroom with a shower.
Additional guest sleeping is available in a petite loft accessible by ladder only and furnished with a double bed. (Not recommended for young children.) The kitchen is fully equipped.
Have a larger party and need more space? Goat Creek Cabin is nearby and the two cabins work well for two couples who want their own space.

The kitchen is fully stocked with just about anything needed to enjoy 'cooking in', with the exception of specific spices and foods you would want to bring with you. Pots & pans, dishes, glassware, including wine glasses, flatware and cooking utensils, toaster, coffee pot and tea pot are provided.
The spacious living room offers a flat panel television with DVD (no reception). A few movies are provided for your pleasure and DVDs are available at the video store 2 blocks away. There are also jigsaw puzzles and playing cards for your evening entertainment, as well as a selection of reading materials
Spring/Fall Hut Rentals
Rent a hut for stunning biking/hiking on single-track and F.S roads among the spring flowers, and fall foliage. No freight hauls available, but vehicle access to huts is permitted. $100/night for exclusive use only
If you ski Nordic style -- whether you're an intermediate or an expert -- you owe yourself at least one trip to the huts of Rendezvous Outfitters. This is a semi backcountry experience and even though this is a groomed trail, snow and weather conditions can change rapidly and you should be able to ski all conditions.
Our huts are simple and cozy frame buildings that sleep up to 8 people. Each is equipped with a full Kitchen (propane cook stove, pots, pans, utensils) a wood stove heater and fuel, sleeping pads, propane lights, and a sanitary outhouse. In general, the main floor has a 48" double bunk bed and a single sitting/sleeping shelf by the fire. Upstairs, is additional sleeping, for 5 to 6 persons. Each hut varies slightly. The huts can be rented for overnight use, and they are also available to all day-use skiers as a warming hut.
Firewood, Water (5 gallons), and Trash removal are included.
River House is a newer vacation cabin, with 1 bedroom and sleeping loft, near the banks of the Methow River in the Lost River area 7 miles northwest of Mazama. Enjoy breathtaking views of Last Chance Point and Driveway Butte.
Whether you plan to cross-country ski, snowshoe, hike, or just relax on the river's edge, the River House offers all this and more within 100 feet of its rear deck. A seasonal river channel is only steps away from your backdoor -- a few steps further and you can play in the year-round Methow River.

Leave right from the log home and hike or bike for hours on end in the North Cascades National Park or the Pasayten and Okanogan Forests. Enjoy the cooooooool Methow River (river flow varies with the season and the year). During the winter months you can ski directly from the log home on the river in ten feet of dry powder snow or drive 4 miles to get on the groomed ski trails. Snowmobiling is allowed on the river as well as the groomed snowmobile trails across the street at Yellow Jacket Snow Park. Hart's Pass (the highest point you can drive to in the state) is right up the road 13 miles.
Rock'n River is furnished with all the comforts of home. Enjoy lounging in front of the river rock fireplace (firewood is provided) while visiting in the living room on cushy couches. The views from the wall of glass in the great room make you feel as if you are outside with nature. Rocky Top is a charming modern log cabin located in the Edelweiss area of Mazama, adjacent to the National Forest. Cute and cozy with one bedroom with Queen bed, fully-equipped kitchen and one bathroom. The living room has a fold-out Queen size couch, gas fireplace and electric heat.
Relax and enjoy the sunshine and multitude of birds from the picnic table or gaze at the mountain views from the spacious deck. Mountain bike straight from the cabin and enjoy the Rendezvous trails up behind Edelweiss, or the many trails along the Valley floor, just minutes away. Groomed MVSTA cross-country ski trail access is just a short drive away in winter.

Whether you're a hiker or cross-country skier, the Rolling Huts at Wesola Polana in Mazama are a perfect lodging accommodation. Designed as a modern alternative to camping by Tom Kundig of Olson Sundberg Kundig Allen Architects in Seattle, the huts are grouped as a herd, each with a view of the mountains.
Each rolling hut has a small living area, separate sleeping area, private portable toilet, and deck with picnic area. A microwave, coffee maker, tea kettle, and mini-fridge are located in the living area, along with modular furniture that can be arranged in various combinations. A foam sleeping mattress is provided (please bring your own sleeping bag).

A small loft upstairs, accessible by ladder, can accommodate up to two additional adults (no young children in the loft, please) with two twin sleeping pads that can be used separately or combined into a queen-sized pad.
